Whether you are keen to try out a new hobby or want to improve your cake decorating skills, our sugarcraft classes will fulfil your ambitions, our classes are suitable for beginners and improvers.
As well as our small group classes, Sarah also offers private 1:1 tuition, a class can be structured to your individual learning needs. Private tuition starts at £220 per day. We can also offer small group sessions for your Hen Party, Baby Shower
or Corporate events, price on application.

Step into a little Regency elegance and spend the day creating beautifully refined cupcakes at my
Vintage Cupcake Decorating Class.
Inspired by delicate lace, florals and heirloom brooch details, you will learn how to transform simple cupcakes into stunning edible vintage-style centrepieces, perfect for special occasions, afternoon teas, weddings or just for you!
During this relaxed, hands-on class you will learn:

• How to cover cupcakes smoothly with Sugar paste, we will also work with both Flower & Modelling paste.

• How to create elegant sugar flowers and roses

• Use Edible Lace and Appliqué techniques

• We will work with sugar pearls & brooch moulds and other related tools to create fabulous vintage finishes.

• Colour pairing for a soft, classic look

• Professional finishing and presentation
No previous experience is needed, the class is suitable for beginners as well as those wanting to refine their decorating skills. All tools and materials are provided, and you will take your decorated cupcakes home with you. The cupcakes
will be pre-baked for you, you will be given both my Cupcake & Buttercream recipe so that you may recreate them at home.
